Looks like time for taking out the multimeter and checking where the fault is. Is there a main breaker for the panel circuits?

Start by looking for stupid stuff like the lanyard being disconnected and making sure the lanyard switch is actually working. Check the breaker on the engine to see if it's been tripped. These are low hanging fruit problems. Relatively quick easy issues.

Next start at one end of the electrical circuit and work forward. Based on your description start at the battery. Disconnect all the cables and inspect for loose, corrided or broken connectors. While the cables are off check voltage at the battery, you should be about 13 volts. Clean everything and repair if necessary. Reconnect everything. Check to see if problem has been resolved or if symptom has changed. If you still have the same problem go to the terminal block under the dash and check for voltage there. You should see the same voltage as at the battery. If not you have a bad ground or hot cable between the two locations. If voltage is zero you have a tripped breaker of fuse between the two locations.

This should at least get you started.....

Update! Was out ssking today came in and decided to open up engine cover, rear locker, and passenger seat to air things out. Had some dinner and told the wife we need to go out for a ride before gets late because of light issue. Cruising along decide to try lights and all works. I assume something was wet and needed to dryout
