New Ski Help

Anyone have any suggestions on a new ski for me.

I now ski a Phantom Truth with Animal bindings.

My brother bought the ski and I bought the bindings, but he can't go left foot forward so, I am going to buy a new ski because the Phantom is technically his and he hasn't been able to use it at all this summer.

I am thinking about stepping down to a Truth becuase I have found some cheap used ones and a cheap new one.

I am looking at spending somewhere in the $300 range. Any suggestions?

My wife has a truth and likes it. I've heard both good and bad, but haven't ridden it. It's going to be slower than the phantom truth for sure. Bennetts has some closeouts on phantom truths and truths on their website. Truth blank was about $250 and the PT was about $350 if I recall.

If you're going to go with the truth, you might consider the CDX, too.

I'd sell you my Phantom Truth with Supefeet bindings set up LFF for $500. It is mint and has a season of very very light use on it.

Well I normally free ski.

There are no courses around so it is tough to say.

I ski at 32MPH, 20 off.
I like the Phantom alot but I think a Truth would do just fine for me. Maybe even a Vengence.

The CDX is well worth your consideration. The vengeance as well.

If I do anything this year I think I would get a Truth for $252 from Bennetts.

Seems like a good fit for me. I do like the CDX and Vengence too.
