We are really starting to get the X-30 wakeboard wake dialed in. The other night I was riding with my Go Pro on my helmet and took a couple of these still shots from the video to show the wake. It is big and clean for days. Fun times. This was at about 22.5 MPH, with the factory 1k plus a 750 in each rear corner. Plate was all the way up. i'd like to add another 500lbs up front soon and it should plane a little faster and be even better.

Any new pics of the surf wake with those 750's?

I KNEW that the first post would be about the surf wave......

I've posted a few with the 750lbs in there in previous threads.

Looks really good. This makes me want to add a GoPro to my b-day wish list.

Yea that wakeboard wake looks really clean! For the alleged breakdown of the wake it looks nice and clean to me. Can't wait for my boat to arrive!

what length were you riding right there? if its 70 it looks like it could be clean at 85+...

We were riding doubles, I was at 70ft and the other rider was on 75. The wake is clean quite far back which means there is room to add even more weight! 85ft would be no problem.

I just wanted to post some pics because quite a few people have mentioned that the new 30 has a "medicore" or "ok" wake, and I think stock maybe this is true but with extra weight it really comes into it's own. Plus it's clean at all speeds and lengths.

One thing I didn't mention is I only have the 5.7 in my 30 and it pulls all the weight around just fine. It's a little slow to plane without extra bow weight when the rear is loaded right down but is still fine. I was surprised at the strength of the engine.
