Pump Timers draining factory ballast and fat sacs

Plumbed my fat sacs with the factory pumps. Filling is no problem after i reprogrammed the timers but draining is. Timers keep shutting off and only run for a few seconds after. Thinking air is getting to the pumps..... Any other suggestions. I am going to change the impellers in the pumps

Get them reprogrammed with with hard timers from TT member tr6coug. www.wakeblaster.com
My 07 X2's were flakie at best and now they work great. He can program them to any time length you want.
