I think there's going to be a link to it here as an archive. I'm just waiting for it to close so I can email my post talley to TTAdmin and get it recalibrated here.

Am I missing something, now I don't see any names, just the user name. Doesn't the old area show the real name after the person posts? I havn't been on this board enough to recognize user names. Other than that (I do wish there was a spell check) I think the new site looks good.

I wish! I want a new 209 w/ tower (in my dreams)! We just bought her a new Expedition (had to be the Eddie Bauer as well) between that the house and new baby while I'm in school it's enough. Thank goodness I have a Toyota so I can get 300K miles out of it. LOL One more year to go THEN we can all talk about finding me a new boat. Until then the 190 is still my OTHER wife. BTW, it's a great boat, just need a tad more room.

MarkP

Ok Brian

It went well. I used the better part of Sat with the star bright hull cleaner, 3M fine cut rubbing compound, Wax and a buffer. Now daddy sweet-water got him a shiny boat again ( a week in the water at Deep Creek trashed it)

Sunday we got out, my reg driver (Supra buddy) and two new guys. A little crowded but it worked out ok. I did get a “pull” from a 97 *** ********
. I just drove up to her and asked what year? How is the wake and how come its not me on the end of her rope.. Next thing I know I’m abandoning ship and driving off behind the 97.

BriEOD

MarkP

Dude,

It got me a pull behind a 97 *** ********. Strong pull too. I assume it was the 310 hp??

BriEOD
07-27-2004, 01:01 PM
What length did you ski?

MarkP
07-27-2004, 01:13 PM
I think she said it was 15 off at 32. It was sort of an unplanned pull.

I pulled up to talk to them and in the conversation I asked about me being on the end of her rope. She tossed me the handle and said get your ski on. Who was I to argue. I told her “you got it, I’ll follow you”. :D

BriEOD
07-31-2004, 03:44 PM
"I'll follow you." LMAO, cute Mark. Well I'm off for vacation (Hilton Head). See you guys in a week.

Doug will probably have 3k posts by then! Andre, hold down the fort while I'm gone! :D

Does it count if you grew up in SW PA? I have been out the last 2 weekends here on Lake Lanier in GA. Water was about 50 deg.

I grew up in New Brighton skiing on the Beaver and Ohio rivers. This was back when the steal mills were going strong. The air was orange with pollution and the water full of debris and barges. I'm sure things have improved, but I'll stick to lake skiing thank you.

Lucky you! I work with a vendor who lives on Lanier and says it is great.

I understand the Beaver and Ohio Rivers are cleaner than they used to be. I have never skied or even boated down that way. I stick to the upper Allegheney, above all the steel mills.
The water quality isnt too bad. It has the same problems most rivers in rural areas have with runoff, etc.

Nope. Wanted to last week when it was 65, but had to finish re-doing the master bedroom. Glad I didn't, it's been in the teens overnight this week
