hey guys,
called a local shop, and they said that an upgraded/additional tranny cooler was not possible for my 07 tahoe LTZ (i have the towing package with the OEM tranny cooler).

Anyone have one on theirs?

Not possible or they didn't want to do it?
Looks like those lines are the standard jiffy-tite quick connects.
If there is room to mount an additional cooler in front I don't see any great reason why it couldn't be done.

I am sure there is room and it would not be a bad idea. The four speed automatic in your Tahoe is not known for its reliability so anything you can do to keep it cool will just prolong its life.

If you are just towing up and down Riverside Dr and no long trips you will probably be OK, however if your are towing through the hills to TN or KY there is no doubt I would have and additional tranny cooler.

Just my .02.

This. Just had the transmission input sprag in my 07 Avalanche implode at 106k miles. Mostly highway and very little towing. Probably the #1 most common issue with these transmissions.
