MasterCraft-bashing isn't uncommon at MalibuCrew, but this thread (http://www.themalibucrew.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2042) even bashes Team MasterCraft forums.

Kind of interesting. Generally, a nice bunch of people who enjoy boating and high quality equipment, though.

The funny thing is I don't remember ever seeing a thread on here were we bashed them or any other site. Green with envy they are. Whats more interesting is do a search, they don't have a Swimsuit thread they come over here to get some lovins. Make your own conclusions of their readership :purplaugh

2 cents from a guy who just likes to read about maintenance suggestions, the new boats and keep up with MC. Everyone has preferences and are loyal to their brand. MC has been very generous with their support of this site. They let a lot more go then I would if I was the CEO of MC. TMC handles himself great and uses good judgement.

I love MC as they have been awesome to me. Greg and Mike at Performance marine in Nashville have always gone above and beyond. I have been dealing with them for 13 years and always they treated me great. I am looking for a new boat as the '94 205 is getting a bit small, however, struggling with the size of the ski wakes on the 209 or V drives. Mr Dorton (CEO) gave me a personal email in refernce to something I should look at and an interview he gave ... now that is service. I will never buy anything other than a MC eventhough the SN216 is probably the better boat for me.

Sorry for the ramble but man I was getting depressed reading all the negativity yesterday. I will now go back to surfing this site and being a silent member. Peace.

Well there is only one TMC site and we are it! (see if there are any trolls out there)

I have a manufacturing background. The other thing to keep in mind with these boats is while they go down an assembly line, the annual production is still pretty low (compared to cars, etc) and many if not all of the boats are essentially custom order (engine, color, heater, shower, etc). Almost like building one of a kind everytime. However, if you tour the facility you can see how they keep the overall high quality. Everyone knows there is a statistical probability of everything failing and sometimes it does happen to each of us.

Keep active Bigbadblue!
