I'm in the market for an UPGRADE / NEW cell phone, leaning towards Casio G’zOne Commando to be exact.
I need a heavy duty cellphone that can take a beating, I'm pretty hard on 'em in my line of work.

I've read the reviews, pros / cons and was hoping that someone out there has one.

I'd like to know what your thoughts are about them, good phone yes / no ?
Went to local dealer today and laid my hands on one, liked what I saw.

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated, before I go buy.

I have the I-phone with an Otterbox case and belt clip. It makes the phone practically indestructible. I-phone is by far the best phone I have ever had.

I tried the otter box case and then found the life proof. Water proof up to 6 feet and you can throw it around like the otter box but its much slimmer. Don't be scarred of the price on this link. I bought new off of eBay for 45 or 49.

I have the casio g-zone. Bought the protective rubber case, and I have dropped it the lake! still works fine. Touch screen is a bit effy around the edges but the best phone I have ever had. I ran a zip tie through the left hand side of the phone and thats where I atttach my floatie key chain!!

I-phone 4S with OtterBox
I'll replace it with Life Proof case if I ever destroy my OB... it'll be a while :(

That casio is a great phone coming from a guy that has worked in construction I had the second generation of this phone and it is the only phone that lasted any time at all that thing took a licking and if i were still in the trade i would be buying the new one.
