I found a 1993 MC PROSPORT 205 for sale, yes a ProSPort not a ProStar. Iím having a hard time finding out much about the boat and need your advice. I cant even find pics of the interior.

All I know from the little research I have done is the passenger seat is a swivel chair instead of the rear facing bench and it weighs a100 lbs more.

Dets on the boat:
540 hours
All is in good condition except bow cushions need to be redone
Depth finder
Marine stereo
All the gear goes with the boat, life jackets, tubes, wakeboard etc

He is asking $10k

Is this a good boat? Is the price right?

I will take pics this afternoon and post them, if I can figure out how.

I remember reading a little about these. If it is definitely a 93 it has to be the same hull as the prostar. I love the swivel observer seat. The downside will be that you only have good seating for one observer and when the seat is facing forward there won't be as much walk through room. For 10K it sounds like a good deal.

Yes the price sounds right on. I wouldnt sell my 93 Prostar 205 for 10k no way!

Get some pics out here for the MC crew to study.

Easty was able to send me the wsm boat reviews for that year. Send me your email and I'll see if I can find it. Or hit him up.

the psgr seat is the only difference from the prostar 205. i looked at one when i bought my 93 prostar 205 new. it was not certified as a 3 event boat because you could not seat 2 observers (judge and timer?).

price is right if its in good shape.

Yes, same hull, but 100 lbs heavier for whatever reason. I assume you lose some of that underseat storage you have on the Pro Star 205 as well.
