So my dad was pulling the plugs on our old 94 205dd and one of them snapped. Any one have a solution?

OMG, I've never seen that issue.

An easy out may work but you need to be super carefull not to bung up the threads. You may need to take the head to an automotive machine shop and have them remove the piece......

You can pound on a deep socket on the remaining part of plug with a hammer then soak with pb oil then try and remove if that doesn't work a bolt extractor will be needed, drill a pilot hole in the center of plug soak with pb oil then use the extractor a LH drill bit and extractor set will work the best. If this doesn't work then the cylinder head will need to be removed and drilled out and retapped.

Wow, that sucks. Sorry about your bad luck.
I've never seen a spark plug corrode through like that. Did this maybe have water leaking/running down from a manifold keeping it wet all the time?
