2009 X14 for sale. $49,000.00

Approximately 180 hours. Black and Silverflake hull with white deck. Loaded - MCX with Powerslot, heater, heated seats, under water lights, tower bimini, tower mirror, one slalom/ one board rack, ratchet cover and more. See design spec's and original pricing in pdf at bottom of ad. Boat comes with 2008 Single Axle trailer as I previously owned an almost identical '08 X14 and saw no need to purchase another trailer. Boat also has 3 Event Zero Off which was installed by the dealer after leaving the factory and was an $1800 option iirc. Original X series decal was replaced with larger Tournament Team decal from the '05 design. If you are a serious slalom skier you will not find another X14 for sale with the MCX/ Powerslot/ ZO 3 Event combination. I will be glad to email detailed pics. At this time the boat is at the lake, as it is still being used regularly. Boat has always been garage stored and has only spent about one week a year ovenight in the water.

Actually downgrading. I just don't use it enough anymore. Just going to buy an older 190 to ski with.

Wow, nice looking boat. What's the wake like for slalom skiing behind that? Thats a 197 hull right? Are you in So Shore area? And before this goes any further... please tell me how much $. That is indeed a wicked looking boat. Got a pic showing trailer?

The wake for slalom is virtually identical to the 197. That was the concept when they built this model - to duplicate the running surface of the 197 at slalom speeds. Previous to my 2 X14's I owned an '05 197. At 15 and 22 off the wake is maybe better than the 197. As mentioned $52K. I am in Milford, which is just off of Rt. 495. Here it is on trailer: I've got a lot more pics that I'd need to find as they were transferred from my old computer. Or I can take some in the next day or so.

Just one guy who said he was pretty serious and would get back to me in a few days. That was last Thursday. I haven't bothered listing it on only inboards or boat trader yet, but probably will later this summer.

Prammy is too snobby to own a boat with a tower, even if it's a beautiful as your boat is.... just sayin.

I'm late to the party here, but I can confirm that the slalom wake behind this boat is as good as a 197's, and it runs the course nicely. I think I skied behind this boat in NC, or was it your '08?

Sorry to see you're selling it John. It is indeed a fine boat.

Shep that was the '09 X14. (With 05 TT graphic - the '08 had factory graphic which I didn't care for)

I do believe you may have had a pb that day.

Bump. Boat is still for sale.

I missed a fair amount of buyers as I agreed to hold it for a few weeks until a buyer from CA flew in....then he bought one locally. Then I had a guy from AK commit to buying it but he never came through with funds. I told several more that the boat was sold.

Note to self, first buyer with cash gets the boat. No deal is solid until cash is in hand.

Your boat kicks a$$. If I were in the market I would drive to the east coast to get it. Market it out west and down south were the weather is still good.

I only have it on Only Inboards and Ski it Again. I got so many initial inquiries that I didn't bother with Boat Trader. I guess I should list it on Boat Trader?

Absolutely love that color combo on that boat.
One question: Why are you missing the board/ski rack on the port side? Thought maybe you took the ski extension off to sell it?? If so, I'm interested.

Yes, well worth the $109 for 12 pictures. Write a good description. I have found there are more serious buyers on Boat trader! Think about it, onlyinboards is new, where did everyone used to look for boats? Boat trader, you have to reach out to that audience, especially going into winter.

Boat doesn't fit in new garage with the slalom rack on. I put it on when I need it.

It won't be a problem if I don't sell it. I just use it so little it is hard to justify keeping it. It is frustrating though. The worst was an older local couple that I took out to ski a few weeks ago. They told me before they arrived that they felt we would be able to work out a deal. They show up and it turns out they are coming from an I/O and the wife regularly skis behind a 99 sport nautique. They had never heard of PP never mind ZO. Totally not ready for a new boat until they learn more. 2 1/2 hours with them and their ski buddy. Colossal waste of time, but by the time I figured them out we were already out there.

Hey John, FWIW I flipped two ski boats this year and got the most calls from onlyinboards. I did get a few calls from craigslist but most were scammers. Sounds like your in the drivers seat as you said you don't NEED to sell it. No doubt that boat will sell, good luck. BTW I'll play Lotto tonight;)

I HATE selling things. Years ago, I had a guy that worked for my wife who wanted my I/O in a bad way. We had a deal worked out - even up trade for my boat and his 2 SeaDoos. I drove 200 miles to get my boat out of my FREE STORAGE, brought it back to where we lived and cut the shrink wrap off it and drove it to their lake and drove him and his wife around in it for a while. They then decided they were going to buy an inboard and left me hanging. I then had my boat at my temporary house in the driveway, where it was NOT allowed to be, no use for it, no more storage or shrink wrap. I was ready to sink anything this guy brought home next. Needless to say he avoided as much contact as possible with my wife at work from that day on. Too bad his job got 'eliminated' a few months later. :)

VERY bittersweet. I didn't use it as much as I'd have liked lately and I needed to free up the cash for my other endeavor. I will be into something else before next season. Just won't be as new or nice.
