Ballast pump question - 2008 X14

While trying to empty, the port side pump will stop 1/2 way every time. Fills up fast with no issues. the switch flashes 6 times then i turn it off and back on and it empties completely. Tried disconnecting the battery to reset the pump and same thing..... any idea's?

Hmmm, only on empty, strange, pretty sure there is no timer for empty. Here is the info on the AI module. 6 blinks is Timer Limit.
