View Full Version : MasterCraft By Design Service?

Not trying to start anything negative, but wondering if anyone has had any issues with delivery or service from MasterCraft By Design? I placed an order for a couple simple things last Thursday and have had trouble getting them to respond to emails or answer their phones to get a status or tracking number (the status on the web just says ordered)....Just curious if anyone else has had any issues?

I ordered some things earlier this week and haven't had any notification about it yet. They're not exactly quick when it comes to processing and shipping orders, that's for sure. I wish I could get the stuff they sell through Amazon. With my prime account I normally have things in my hands next day, or two days at most.

Ordered some stuff last month and it took about a week to get it. I actually had to send 2 items back due to sizes and haven't heard anything yet, but it's only been since the 5/22 since I shipped them.

i had great service from them when i ordered some tshirts a couple years ago. sad thing is i really would like some new shirts and cannot stand the one's they have.

Called twice about some pieces for my tower. Was told both times that they would check availability and call me back. No call backs either time. Figured something else out.

Had one incident some time ago. Got in touch with them and it was fixed right away. A few great experiences since then. You're results may vary.

I ordered stuff and it was delivered fairly quickly and was what I ordered. No issues here. Hope they resolve it for you!

Took a couple days for them to return my call but got my parts within minutes and shipped immediately

I have bought a lot of product from them. Always a good experience.

Never ordered anything with them b/c nothing I wanted was in stock lol. A week isnt too shabby though

For what it's worth I've exchanged emails with Kevin the last couple of days and long story short they had some turn over the last week or so that slowed some things down, but Kevin has assured me that is behind them now. Since Kevin contacted me Monday my items arrived and Kevin has sent me several emails apologizing for the slow responses and shared his personal contact info with me and asked that I call him with any questions.

All and all good experience with them in the end and based on the service this week I will gladly give them another shot at my business when the time comes.

Kevin said his goal in the future is that everything ships in a day or two max.

With the job market so competitive, you wouldn't think it would be hard to come up with quality employees..............but I have done enough hiring over the years to know just how difficult it is.

It would be nice if they actually made Shirts & Hats that the owners would by....but apparently they are too stubborn. Kevin - please be a pal and tell your cohorts this. Josh Shave apparently does not want to listen.

Customs plays a huge part in the time frame, obviously, but I haven't waited more than 10 business days for anything.

I had an unfortunate experience with them around thanksgiving when I ordered a few items and a cooler. I still haven't received them. After a week or 2 went by I sent an email to check since I hadn't received any tracking or email after the first 'your order was successful' email. I figured it was a mad house since it was the holidays and would surely get my order by Christmas. However it never came. I even jokingly sent MBD an email saying I had ordered the same cooler from Tige for a family friend who has a Tige and I got it the within a couple days. Tige also called to tell me I ordered it the day before a promotion and offered to send extra goodies with my order to make up the savings, which they did. My point was WE CAN'T LET TIGE BEAT US!!! I guess they didn't see the humor or the competition. I believe the last email they sent me was 'do you still want you order considering it's been a month and we missed Christmas'. To which I didn't even respond because if I didn't want it why would I have ordered it in the first place.... That being said I'm diehard Mastercraft and expected a little more service after buying a new XSTAR. I'm pretty easy going. Glad to hear they are tightening up on the service.

Just wanted to share ..... as you most know, I order some goodies from MC by Design for our Annual MC Buckeye Bash.

Last week, I communicated with them and Kevin got my order/pricing together and shipped all the goodies. They always seem to do a great job as far as I am concerned.

Just wanted to drop a line and say ... thank you for your prompt service!
