I have a 2010 x-star ly6 and can not create a lip on the port side wake,..Starboard side wake has a clean big lip.
Stock kgb full - port full - starboard 50%
both rear left and right storage holds +/- 300 kilo,s
front storage fly high x-star front bags
fly high bag 125kilo in the walkway in front of the wind block/panel
a 125kilo in front of the rear bench.
3 people in the boat
Driver- passenger side- and 3th person sits on the floor in walkway.
Acme prop 2061 also an OJ 14.75x15.5,...5 Blade?
This is my second x-star and 3th season with this boat.I tried about everything,..and i,m confused.
I didn,t had this on the 2008
I.ve been wKeboarding since 1995 and know how to dial in a wake.
WhAtever we try i can not get a lip on the port side wake while the starboard side looks perfect.
Any ideas what to do next?
The wakes are really massive, but i,m a goofy rider and the toeside/swich tricks have more pop.

Long story short,...what ever we do,..starboard side wake is always better
Will shoot a video

I guess I will ask the obvious, but have you tried adding more weight to the Port side? Oh and why have is the third person on the floor? Sounds strange.

Just read it again and saw that you are filling port full and starboard 50%. What speed are you towing?

Hi,
Speed 22 or 35km

total ballast is about 3400lbs.incl people.
more wieght to the port side doesn,t create a lip,..while the SB side washes out...
so the 3th has to sit in the middle.

i know i could just drain the port tank and let a person sit there.
I,ll try some wieght shifting again today and see what is best.

something about prop rotation ? as for wakesurf the wake is always cleaner on one side depending of the prop rotation, IE Centurion boats have an option to reverse the prop rotation if you ride PTD or STB...
