10% ethanol here in my 89 351w, I have no choice bc of the city and county I live in, I have not noticed any drivability issues. The problem with ethanol is when it's left in the fuel system for an extended period of time.

I think my manual just says run 89 octane and I had heard on here you wanted Ethanol free. I'm curious as to how many follow this as well.

Ethanol free as a general rule. After reading up on it, just try to avoid it, especially in the older engine I'm running. The price difference is pretty minimal anyway.

The BP here in town at the lakehouse has 91 ethanol free and thats what everything from the mastercraft to the weed wacker gets up here because of down time.

My local station is on the pure-gas site. They charge a mere .03 more for ethanol free than what I would pay across the street for ethanol. Needless to say, I pay the extra 3 cents.

My problem is that I am a traveling gypsy so my MC is on the trailer and the only places I can find real gas is at marinas? Its much more convent to get gas at a car pump when i'm getting it for the truck too so i often run that gunk through the MC rather than running around getting the good stuff. Anyone else have this prob, and how do you get around it? I hate putting all sorts of additive in my tank.

In Australia we have 3 sometimes 4 choices for petrol. E10 91 octane, unleaded 91 octane, Premium unleaded 95 and premium unleaded 98. The unleaded 91 is becoming harder to find.
