Finally got the boat out for the first ride. People, take an X-30 for test ride!

So my biggest concern of course was the wake. I couldn't wait to see it. On my 23' Moomba XLV the wake was finicky and always washy at slower speeds, fully weighted at like 23+ it was great. This was big concern for me. Here is a pic of the wake at only 20 MPH with NO ballast.... and it was good. Adding in 2-3k will be amazing.

I was so pleased to find the wake so clean and consistent. Shouldn't be long till I have some decent pics fully weighted.

And the surf wave was just sick. With only 400 lbs and a couple people it was long and very smooth.

Tomorrow we are going to try and log a bunch more hours and perhaps get a tow in. Overall, I am pleased.

Great looking boat and crew.

I just have to say one thing: It's May and everyone is in long pants and jackets!!!! You need to move SOUTH!

I was just about to ask why there are no leaves on the trees yet.

There isn't a day that goes by that we don't think about moving south! It's just not that easy for us canadians. Water was 51F yesterday. I can't imagine how many hours we would log if we lived someplace warm.
