That picture was either taken while we were still at the hospital, or the first day home, Erk.

No, he hasn't seen the MC yet. It's at my father-in-law's for the next week or so. He'll see it Labor Day if my wife has her druthers. Sounds like I'll be skiing by September.

His vest is still a little big. But I'll bet it'll fit by Labor Day.

Congrats again Doug! Good lookin' boy you got there. IF you don't want him to tube, I highly suggest keeping him away from anything that looks like a tube;

Yep, as my dad used to say when people said I looked like him, "With a little health and luck, he'll grow out of it."

heh heh, I have plenty of borrowed material. Trick is, certain crowds don't know it's borrowed....... I look smarter. It's a gift.

Pat Green Who's to say from Three Days

"Got my mommas features and my daddy's fixtures, all day long I been lookin at pictures, wonderin how in the hell they came up with me."

I only assumed it was what you were referencing, maybe not?

Depends how old the song is. As for country music, if it's not 25 years old, I probably haven't sniffed it. I got that from my dad (I think). He used to say it about me back in the 70s.

Ric

yes country,(TX music, or whatever you call it) maybe five years old max.
certainly one of those old phrases, so he just used it in lyric
