03 X-30

Ok so here is the deal, I have my X-30 parked at a local storage factility in one of thier covered parking spaces. In the last 6 months I have had the gas syphoned out of my boat twice.

Where can I get a locking gas cap!

Get a Perko one.....most marine suppliers carry them

I took a different approach. Instead of locking gas caps, I tried to prevent siphoning with the Anti Siphon "Spider". http://www.ahoycaptain.com/shop/vetus_fuelsafe.html

I keep my boat outside my garage and fortunately haven't had any issues... yet.

It would be nice if there was a way to switch the filler tube over to something a little less volatile. For instance a tank of water. That way when they fill their vehicle they would be bringing on some engine issues to themselves.

Another option to water would be something that contained a large amount of sugar...

I really like this (or the concept of anyway) although it is a bit 'spendy' for a piece of plastic, especially when I need two of them. Albeit, two of them is still cheaper than losing a tank full of fuel. I like the fact you don't need to keep track of extra keys or other things - just install and forget.

I was really hoping for a chrome one so it was a similar look to the factory cap... I think I am going to buy one and then just use it for storage.
