First MC or first inboard for that matter.

98' Sportstar. From MI. 390 hrs, perfect all around, got a great deal on it. Need to add a bimini and I think thats about it, going to keep it clean. Also picked up a new Radar P6. Looks like its going to be a great summer!

Need to find some prostar interior grab rails. No where on this boat to tie up ropes and bumpers.

Brought it back to Canada, another one moving north ;)

If you're willing to alter it, why not pop up cleats? Just curious as to the preference?

Nice looking boat .... I used some of the suction cup straps (Kwik-Tek) for temporary bumper/fender placement on my previous 93 Prostar ... some nifty Mastercraft pop-up cleats may be a good alternative as well ..... nice boat!

One more thing ... that strap across the top of the boat is attached to the trailer fender ... that fender eye is not designed to hold the boat down while towing .... that is for the straps of a cover .... not trying to be a pest, I just don't want you to bust up a fender ......

I dont trailer it. Boat sits at the lake all the time. I have considered cleats also. Not done the deliberation.

Nice boat and congrats! Welcome to the sportstar club, they are great boats. I've used suction cup straps for my bumpers since I really didnt want to alter my boat.

congrats on the purchase - looks like a well cared for boat. Did you bring it back to ON or another province? How was the border crossing?

Maybe i will do the suction cups for the moment. Brought it back to ON. If you prepare the ppwk properly, its easy. I was there 20 mins.

I bought mine in Georgia last winter and brought it "home" to Ontario as well. Piece of cake at the border too. Where do you ski/board?

I didn't think I would like purple on a boat, but it looks great on a MC.

What???

Those larger "EYES" are through bolted to the trailer frame and are designed for a strap across the stern of the boat

The smaller ones are for the strap on the cover!!!

Neither did I, but it doesnt bother me much. Its mostly white and its condition out weighs its color. Previous owner took great care of it. Not as much as a scratch on the bottom. Cant wait to get out this weekend finally.

Nice! sturgeon or pigeon? My MC is moored just north of you - lake is between Norland and Kinmount.
