I really want to put my boat in tonight but the weather has been so wierd the last couple of weeks. They are saying low of 31 tonight. Any of you guys have your boats out on your lifts?

Got mine out of storage for some stereo work and a few other projects. Haven't got it on the water yet.

Those 80 degree days in march were just a tease.

Mine has been in the water, and on the lift for almost 4 weeks. Some pretty cold nights here in central Minnesota in the low 20's had me a little worried, but it's fine. Goin' for a cocktail cruise tonight :)

I hear ya! Dropped the boat in on March 30th! You're more than fine, the lake is probably at least in the 50s, won't cause any harm.

I'm putting the boat on the lift this weekend.

I got the boat out in the middle of March and on the water, but pulled the plugs when the lift wasn't in. Now I need to put the canopy on the lift and dump the boat back in the water. My boat is begging for its summer home.

I put the boat in the water on March 18 but I keep my boat parked in a climate controlled building so im not worried.

If your worried about the cold weather you could drain the engine block, it takes like 3 min to do.

My goal is to get my sleds cleaned up and storage ready this weekend and then do the snowmobiles for boat swap at the storage barn sometime this week.

That's what we are up to as well. Getting the tower speakers mounted (with their own volume control), added a second amp, upped the 10" sub to a 12", extra battery, an isolater, and some LEDs. My son can't wait to get on the water!

You need a better wet suit. Our season ended Dec 20, and started back up on March 10 in Madison, WI.

Should be no problem now. Where are located in northern WI?

Near the WI/MN border. North of highway 8 about 6 miles. If you read up further I ended up putting it in last Friday night. Beautiful night then a crumby weekend.
