Im really excited for this:

I'm from UT but have been out of state since 2001, but get to move back in Jul '13. This looks to be a real nice place. I can't think of a better location for those that love summer and winter.
Hopefully I'll be able to get in on the deal. There will only be about 24 lots.

"If you're not a die-hard slalom skier, no problem. Lakes will easily accommodate wakeboarding, tubing, and other watersports."

Really? How's that going to work out?

My thoughts exactly. I guess your kids get real tired of tubing real fast when you just go in a straight line. Besides that, if you're not a diehard skier, why would you buy on a tournament ski lake?

that would be a great place to to live on every day ... they should just include a MC to every one of those boat lifts

Cool place if you are a diehard slalom skier...

The short barefoot and wakeboard runs and no room for stand up skis would get pretty boring.

What would really be cool is if there was a development like that off of a "regular" lake, with gated canal access!
