View Full Version : Looking for help...what bimini top would fit my tower?

I bought my boat used with the tower already in place. The tower says "xtreme air" but if that's the brand I can't find much about it on the internet. Can anyone tell me what model tower it is and which bimini tops may fit it? Or, are most tops just universal and I choose the correct one by measuring?

Thank you,

It looks like your tower runs straight up and down at the sides, unlike the Zeroflex Mastercraft towers that taper in towards the top. You should be able to buy any type of bimini top from Overton's, Bart's, or your local shop. I have mine mounted on the upper window frame. You just want to make sure that the width at the mounting location is the same as that of the tower when the bimini is standing straight up and down so that it will be able to fold forward or backwards and miss the tower. Don't forget to keep it lower than your speakers. Nice looking boat and truck by the way. My last boat was exactly the same as yours, and the truck I have now is exactly like yours. good luck.

Check with Mastercraft. That looks like the tower on my2002 PS197. The tower came with the top.

I would take a look at towerbiminis.com

They will make a custom bimini that is larger than most off the shelf that is made to your towers dimensions.

Not cheap, but I feel worth the extra money. If you get one, they can also be customized with canvas patterns etc.

A local canvas/upholstery shop should be able to make anything you need also.
