Does anyone know what size the little plug is in the cooler, that keeps the bilge mess from goin in there? Thanks

That is exactly what I have used in my 1996 190.

Never was a plug. It is a check-valve setup that theoretically allows water out, none back in from the bilge. I too used the above plugs as a make-shift solution.

Hmm, mine has a little chain that goes down to the plug. I always thought this was stock?

I have the original cooler that came in the 93 that I recently acquired. I set it aside and filled that hole with batteries...

Thanks. Bought 2plugs one for each side. Po never had the plugs, so when the oil line dripped into bilge,along with other liquid it sloshed it's way into the cooler.
