I bought a '98 Sportstar 19 that is sitting on an '03 PS205v trailer, single axle, red trailer. The trailer is about a foot longer than what my boat needs. It's not a terrible setup but there's too much tongue weight as it sits.

Ideally, I want to sell my trailer and find a suitable one to match my boat (small chance of happening, I know). I'm willing to sell the trailer outright for $3,000 or trade for one that is of similar condition that will fit mine. My trailer has a small scuff/crack on one fender. Otherwise it's rust-free and in great condition.

I live in San Antonio but am not afraid to travel pretty far for a good deal.

Call/text Troy at 210-632-3844.

Would it be able to accommodate a 21' boat? Do you also have the title in hand?

I would think so, however I don't want to promise one thing and have it not work.

The trailer is built for the 205V which has a hull that was used for the X-Stars of 98-02 (or 03, I think), and the current generation of X-1's (previously called X-2 and X-Series). I would be willing to say it'll hold a 209/X-9 as well but I don't know for certain. To be sure, call your MC dealer and ask specifically.

Which boat do you have?

I'm pretty certain your boat would fit fine but, again, I would ask a dealer to be certain.

I am in San Antonio, TX.

Hmm, Texas, that's a little far for me to drive to pickup a trailer, from DC. Thanks for the info though!

Hey! No side dealing on my post...unless I get one of the Fenway seats. :-)

You sell your trailer yet? If not, what's the current price?
