Anyone know what is going on with them or how reliable they are. The reason I ask is I have contacted them twice about upgrading the ballast system on my 2001 Maristar V210. It has the factory ballast system and filling is sometimes interesting. I contacted them last July and again 3 weeks ago. Last year they responded requesting a photo of the transom to see the set-up and never responded afterwards, even to my email requests.

This year, I got a response from Spencer after about 2 weeks and again they said they could help. I responded to his email with exactly for what I was looking and again have not received a response. anyone else have this problem OR is there another good wake boat supplier out there?

Try Jason, he's who I deal with all the time and he's great.

I agree with Tim, they're reliable. I think they just get busy and there isn't a huge staff there. I'd probably just give them a call, they seem to be pretty good about answering the phone.

I've talked to Spencer on the phone a couple of times and sent him emails on his request. He was supposed to get back me with some information and never did. Last time, I talked to Jason. He was very helpful and even talked me out of buying the expensive timer modules from them.

I worked with both and they helped me set up my unique system and took care of me when I had a hiccup... I definitely recommend...

They overnighted a pump to me while on vacation in Northern Michigan. Pretty much saved the week and vacation for me. Not sure who I worked with but would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.....

We're working to resolve the situation so that it doesn't happen again, but in the meantime if anyone needs assistance, please feel free to get in touch with me directly and I'll be happy to help you, or find someone that can.

Sounds like a home run to me.

Jason also sent me a loaner sac when Fly High was having some issues making my custom sack. It pretty much save my summer as well.

a loaner sac???

Yeah, I ordered a VERY custom 1400 lb sac for my X30. Fly High, the people that make the sacs were having a very difficult time making it off of my first design. In fact, they tried twice without success and didn't bother to let Jason they were going to put off making it until after the production run of normal sacs were done.

Long story short, Jason sent me a 1000 lb sac as a loaner until Fly High got my custom sac done.

I can't say enough kind words about him or wakemakers.
