FACT!

My brother in-law that lives 4 hours from here will drive past his local dealer on his way to MWMC!

Said it a bunch of times before, will keep saying it, Midwest MasterCraft is top notch. They are my local dealer and they have amazing customer service. Corey is a stand up guy and all the guys there will take care of anything you need. Heck, I even have a link to their website in my signature! They are one of the best.

It is great to see dealers out there doing a great job. I wanna ask so bad who paid the shipping but I think i know.

Without question, Corey and all the guys at Midwest Mastercraft are top notch professionals. The first few times I was there, I spent more time asking questions and getting answers than spending money. Aside from their great service and product knowledge, they have an incredibly well stocked parts department and pro shop.

Another job well done by Midwest Mastercraft.:toast:

I can't even get to sleep at night after looking at that dam clown. You need to change that, this is a family website and forum.

Hey guys,

Thanks for the props, we really strive to be the best dealership possible. It's nice to know that what we do is appreciated! With the early ice out I've been a little to busy to hang out one teamtalk as much as normal but feel free to email me anytime!

Thanks!!!!

i have ordered from midwest mc in the past and had great service from them. however i am needing a couple new "traditional" t shirts and really don't care for what mastercraftbydesign has so i looked at midwest mc website and they were mostly sold out of xl!!!

For me they sent 2011 Strada Boots with incorrect size liner instead of the 2012 boots that I ordered and paid for. They refused to do anything but the absolute minimum to get it corrected. I even offered to buy more things from them and pay for the shipping, but they still would not meet me halfway. Naturally my location outside US made it a little more difficult but their ability to calculate what is profitable business and what is not was a shock to me. They did send the correct size liner to my pal in US and refunded some for the old boots so they did what they had to. Refused to replace with correct 2012 boots. To me, this shop was crap and lots of bad emotions. I want to be smiling when I spend my hard earned money. I'll take my business somewhere where they appreciate it.
