Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this.....but I thought I would try.

I have a 2006 x-30. I am planning on replacing the pad on the swim platform with a Seadek pad. The seadek website gives measurements, and I thought the 2007 x45 looked to be very close.

Does anyone know if a 2006 x30 and a 2007 x45 came with the exact same size swim platform?

Thanks!

Did you end up getting a Seadek pad? I, too, have an 06 X30 and would like to install a faux-teak Seadek pad. According to my measurements the pattern for the 255 looks to be a better match than the one for the 245.

I am having same problem. Even though I think I should order the Seadek 245, the 255 looks to be a closer match. Has anyone purchased one for a 2006 x30? and which one did they go with. Was it a really tight fit? Thanks.

The pattern labeled as 2007 X45 is what fit my 2006 X30. I actually got lucky and found a factory second on their website that was exactly what I was going to order - fit perfectly and the blem is so minor that no one ever notices. If you are unsure, send them a pattern.

What made you decide to go with the 2007 X45 when you had said you thought it was the 245 or 255?

Again, it was factory second that they had on hand. The measurements they gave for it matched my measurements so I took a chance and it fits perfectly. Buy their template kit to make your own pattern if you have any doubts - I think they apply the price towards the final purchase.

For you guys with an X-30, I'm assuming your platform rides very low, almost in the water...??? When my boat is in the marina, on perfectly still water, the platform is dry - HOWEVER, if there is any wind or boat waves, the platform is wet.

The question is - How is your SeaDek holding up to being in the water like that? I like that I can pressure wash or brush off my factory platform - does the SeaDek need similar maintenance? Does it discolor over time from being wet all the time?

Thanks!
