Whats the best way to dial in speedo's on my 95'? GPS or stopwatch??
I noticed the left speedo reads about 2 mph faster than the right speedo right now. Also what are the little silver looking hands on the dial (not the speed indicator which is orange) that don't move? What do they do?

I used a GPS to dial mine in. It seems to have worked quite well. :D

You set it at desired speed and try to match the needles when driving the course, you easily take a quick look at how fast you.re going.
Both GPS and a stopwacth with a surveyed course are OK to calibrate...

I did notice, that my speedos have gotten slightly varied after about 70 hours of use. Might be time to check them again.

I check mine on almost every outing. If you forget your stopwatch, you can just run it at 3,000 rpm and call it 30 mph. Not real accurate, but better than nothing. I use a course with magnets and perfect pass and double check with the gps. The airguides clog so often I just tend to use the baselines.
