Are you looking for the dash panel itself or just the gauges? You can get the gauges from several folks like SKIDIM (http://www.skidim.com/products.asp?dept=1018), or a local MC shop like Waterskis.com (http://www.waterskis.com/MasterCraft-Replacement-Gauges-Complete-1983-1997-p/mastercraft_gauge_prostar.htm), or BAWS (http://www.bayareawatersports.com/). The dash panel itself may also be orderable. Good luck!

This looks interesting, and they have a few MC dash panels on the site already: http://greatlakesskipper.com/category-1/56_90_124-boat-gauges-panel-blanks.html Might be worth a call.
