Anyone have a photo of an X25 Bow Cover installed? I am thinking of adding one for colder days and also help keeping the bow dry in choppy conditions / or during surfing sets. Also when it raining, it one more area protected. IMHO, I did miss having one on my 2011 X25, I used it quite a bit on my Moomba.

I hate snaps. I wish someone would invent a better way.

I also had this on my Moomba and used it every time were out but I am not very excited about putting a bunch of snaps on my brand new MC. But at the same time it has a lot of benefits. I totally agree with AZX9, there needs to be a better way.

My solution is inside storage and if you need to block wind put on the walk trough canvas. Keep the bow up for waves. My first boat had no snaps. I got them on the second boat and that was when I changed my mind. Snaps wear out and just look ugly. Third and now fourth boat had/have no snaps. Won't do them again. Even had snap in carpet. Stepping on snaps with your heal sucks.

I too hate snapes, which is the only thing that bothers me. However not having the ability to cover the bow also bothers me. There are times whe go out for surf sets in fairly rough waters (windy) where it is impossible to keep the front bow dry. I would rather cover the bow to keep things clean & dry.

Anymore pics? I am just about to pull the trigger on one but still havent seen a really good pic that better show the coverage as well as the location of the snaps. I am only interested in the MC factor Tonneau cover for the bow.:)

BTW... I am finding nothing on the net.

I ordered my 25 without this cover. Can it be added later by MMS? They just rivet the snaps in?

They drill pilot holes and screw them in..........

Yes... Talk to Parts. I was just told that they order it directly from MC and will take about 4 - 6 weeks, then they have a guy come in to install it.
