View Full Version : 2007 X1 RTP alarm going off when turning the key

New to me didn't do this previously.

Turn the key, either direction, and get a loud alarm. Don't seem to get any readings other than low depth. Battery was just charged, sitting right below 13 so don't think its low voltage. Any ideas? Thanks

Note, just in my garage

Im away from my manual, but if i recall, the only things that set off the buzzer are oil pressure, water temp, and something else. probably had one of the sensors go bad and when they fail or a fault is triggered they close the circuit and sent voltage to the buzzer. try unplugging a few of your sensors on the motor and see if the buzzer goes off. again, sorry for being non-specific, i'm hundreds of miles from my boat/shop currently.

Probably a LOW VOLTAGE code. If you removed the battery when charging. 3 full warm up and cool down sessions should clear the alarm

Yes the dealership did. Haven't had it started since

did they fill the filter with oil? if not it'll trip the low oil pressure alarm

Would assume a Mastercraft dealership did it correctly...

On the water. Had up to speed several times. Oil pressure is good. Engine temp good. Started and stopped several times. Still buzzing. This sucks.

Get the dealer to hook up to comp see what triggered the alarm and then have them clear it
