Previous owner forgot to tighten drain bolt, result oil all over bilge. Any recommendation for cleaning that out? Should i not use bilge pump either till its all gone or just put in new ones? ThankYou

you can get bilge cleaner from an overtons, west marine, etc. I usually get generous with it in a slightly diluted mix, scrub what I can with a brush, and then spray it out. While it might not be an option for you I usually take mine up to the 2 dollar spray it yourself car washes and take the plug out after to drain. Then just let it air out for a bit so you don't let it condensate.

Fill the bilge with water and Dawn dish detergent. Cheap and works. You can repeat it till you are satisfied.
