I don't know. I quit 20 something years ago and haven't given it a second thought. :D

I quit smoking in July. I used the E-cig for a while and it helped.

Quitting is how I was able to convince my wife that we had the extra money to buy a boat!!! Great exchange but was a horrible experience and hindsight being 20/20 smoking would have been cheaper!!!!

Congrats! I quit 25 years ago, when they sold for $10 per carton. If it weren't for health reasons, I probably would have quit for financial reasons by now!

Quit over 17 years ago for a 95 ProStar 190 W/LT1. That was the deal with my wife, never looked back.

My neighbor tried the e-cig thing and then he went right back to smoking....I think you really have to WANT to quit. My wife put them down cold turkey almost 20 years ago and now the smell makes her sick.

I cringe when I see what people are paying for a pack of smokes these days. $$$$$$$

I stopped smoking daily December 1 2011 Then, I would smoke socially, when I drank, till Mardi Gras ended. The funny thing about quitting is I became really sick since I quit. It's to the point when I am drilling at work breathing thru the SCBA I can feel diminished lung capacity ( I passed my spirometry with the same results as the last 9 years though in December.)
