I'd like to change my "classic" covers to the new "sport" covers. Maybe someone bought aftermarket covers. Replacing the four cockpit covers white ones with the separate tweeters.

So the white plastic sport grilles are $50 a pair and the Titanium grilles are $50 a pair? That doesn't make a lot of sense, but for a mere $400, I could have new Titanium tower grilles and LED rings - I might have to go grab my wallet out of the truck. Nice!

I changed mine on my x-star. Totally changes the look. I have a complete set of "classic" for the inside of the xstar and 4 tower speakers if anyone needs them.

Oh I orded them from the JL website. You buy them in pairs and then you have to buy the sub separate. Not cheap but nothing is these days.

Let's see pics of both sport and classic. I'm about the pull the trigger on Jal 7.7" interior speakers. I was planning on going with white classic, but may be willing to change. I've got a black/white 04 X30.

Thanks

Here they are, M770 Coaxial in Sport and Classic. Keep in mind, I see a lot of guys go with sport for inside the boat and then order classic grille's because somebody kicked, punctured, or something fell into the speaker.... Towers are another story.

Go with the sport grills...you can add led lights to them and they are spectacular.

Boats still in storage or I would post some pictures!

Oh ouch, but thanks for posting the link. So what you're really saying is, a small business is no business? Lol. You are definitely welcome to your opinion. That's what makes life, well, yours.

You should be more concerned with buying from a dealer who is authorized and can provide warranty replacements.

If you'd feel more comfortable(if you ever were Interested in pricing) I can charge full msrp. :-D

Ouch indeed.
Corey and crew over at Midwest mc and waterskis.com are good peoples, but no reason to insinuate everyone else isn't.

Do you have the sport grills for for the 7.7's that have separate tweeters?

Anyone have pics of the black sport grills installed? My boat is black/white, not sure if the black speakers would look good against the white background of the interior.

Thanks

I'd like the Sports on the tower and Classics inside the cockpit - Someone's finger would find its way inside a cockpit speaker and then I'd be buying a new speaker too. People can't help themselves - they have to touch. You'd probably still have to give them a warning about touching the tower speakers.
