If you can't win on talent.........

Why the heck are the X games now playing this game anyway. Wasn't the whole point of the x games to be extreme and now they're complaining about wardrobe? What a bunch of pansies.

Should have just pointed the finger-gun at the French...........that makes them drop everything when they reach for the sky.

Uh, the X Games were held in Aspen Co.

Is this a problem with the French Team or the X-Game offcials??

Were the X Games officials French?

The way I read it: The French team (or skier) came in second place, so by pointing out the rules violation, they were able to disqualify the American skier, which made the French skier #1. Basically, they stole the prize, but rules are rules! I'm sure the judges had no choice but to go by the rules.

Still a lame-*** move by the French.

You are correct. But rules are also open to interrpretaion......whatever happened to home field advantage and national pride?? :) The American officials caved.

Do you REALLY think the French would have disqualified one of "theirs" had the X-Games been held in the Alps. NOT

There's a part of me that wishes Germany would just march right in there again, see how fast we show up this time.... They'd all be eating weinerstoodle were it not for our great grandfathers.

... do you know why there are trees down the Champs-Élysées? The Germans don't like marching in the sun

roflmao.......if I had the cash...I would have a third party lab test the change in wind resistance... then make a public statement...then stick up the french officials...well you know...

even if it did improve the profile of the skier...how much more would it be... knock off .00001 off the clock?

maybe sarcozy made a bet to sleep with with mcneal if she lost.... I could see him forcing the official to make that call....
