Not as loud, but it adds a good amount of bass if your not looking for ear shattering bass. It also fits great in a stock location on most X-series boats. I had one in my x1 before i decided to go crazy with the bass.
unfortunately the motor on that will not allow you to run it in a sealed box, at least that is what it says. I have not tried so im not sure.
