tournament team ballast

My 08 tournament team has burnt out the ballast pump for the small tank that sits up the front. does anyone know a part number or size of the pump. as it will save from pulling the rear of the boat apart to find it?

I'm not familiar with that particular boat but for the past 7+ years pretty much all of the OEM pumps have been Jabsco Ballast Puppies which are available from a bunch of places. Wakemakers.com sells them.

Oh and depending on the behavior you're seeing you could have a failed impeller. That's like $30 rather than the $300 or whatever a new pump is.

I think its just dyed. I'm getting power to the pump. But its just not working at all.

If your ballast motor isn't working, you can take it apart to see if you can clean it up to get it working again. Here's a post showing how to take it apart and clean it:

If the brushes are bad, you can also find replacement brushes on the internet. You just have to measure them and find the correct size.
