Just pulling your leg Ric; congrats.
Who knows with Andre'. I spoke with him via telephone a few weeks ago and I know he has a lot going on in his personal life right now and he is having some computer access problems. He'll be on sooner or later. He's a pillar of the site.

I know you are and anyone who starts a thread like this better be ready to get hammered.
I'm turning the screws on andre too but hope all is well in the andre world! Maybe he's still trying to repair that fuel screen and I will catch him :uglyhamme

I skied with Andrč yesterday & he skied 28 off 4 or 5 passes ( I skied crappy for me,Only 5 @ 28 off) ! Andrč does his 28s & has earned the right to give a shot a 32off , but he is reluctant ,thinking the rope is too short! I know he is capable of skiing that pass after some practice! come on guys, Tell Andrč to have some faith in himself & give a shot @ 32off more often! I did push him to try yesterday , but he went down @ 1 ball both times!
Andrč
Thanks for the hospitality :D

Congrats Ric!
Isn't it fun to still improve in such a sport at our age ?
Very motivating...
Ribs are OK now and Brent is right,my 28 off is getting easier but 32 seems quite short...Will work on it Brent !
Ric,you'll improve real fast very soon at that stage, just by doing small things better like faster edge changes, angle ,gates.
Expect to be running a couples at 28 this year...But I'll be in 32 by then...and probably stuch there for a long time.
Congrats again!
Have a cold one on me !

I founded your watch that you left in the boat...It doesn't float!

I hope to get thru 22 soon because the "22 off bump" is REAL
Ric needs to relearn staying on edge for sure. Maybe the 22 bump is a rite of passage?

Hey Andrč
So how is 32off progressing? I'm running my 28s no problem & doing 4 balls @ 32off & feeling the the best I have all season ,just added a hair more wing angle after today's set to see if it helps! What is the water temp @ your lake? If you find you are less consistant ,try adding a little more wing angle (I stress a little angle)!
Brent
09-07-2005, 04:53 PM
Sorry you posted while I was asking the questions you answered in your post! Add more wing angle & everything will be back to normal or better ( just add little bits @ a time)
André

Will try a bit more angle on the wing, thanks Brent!
Is the Casino site close now? Let me know if you want a late season pull...Still got your watch, nobody wants to buy it!

Andre,
From Toronto, but have not lived in Canada for quite a while. We still manage to get to the cottage on Georgian Bay most summers. We now live full time in Pittsburgh after being in Asia ( Singapore / Adelaide Australia ).
Merci pour le commentaire gentil sur le chien. Il est un chiot, ainsi une grande douleur dans l'âne, il est trčs bon dans le bateau.
I do manage to get to your neck of the woods every so often ( well Montreal anyway). Last time was during the strike at Trudeau, that was an experience.
You have set the skiing bar pretty high, going out tomorrow to try to pull something, I'm not a young guy anymore.
Are you (snow) skiing in the "off" season?
Cheers
Brad

So Andrč did the increase in wing angle help? Did 5 @ 32off yesterday & 4 today! Michel Convinced me to ski in the morning round in tomorrows tournament!
well you are still safe!
struggled getting back to 22off again for a while
haven't been in the water in nearly 2 weeks
got out last night and ran 15 fine but could only get a couple at 22
been working on the bent knees as mentioned here and now that I'm getting used to it, it helps me tremendously!
Jrandol, this bump is for you and your recent 22off struggles
