I am looking for a walk thru curtain or bow wind blocker... I contacted the dealer I use and they don't have one... I don't want to go to a canvas shop or anything... does anyone have one or know where I can get one... I have an 06' X1

Thanks! :D

How well do they actually work?

I heard they actually work pretty well. I ordered one for my 2005 X2 before I decided to sell it - Cincinnati Mastercraft may still have it. Give em a call

They work really well. I used mine last week when were out. Helps keep your wife/girl friend happy in the boat on those chilly days. Had one for my old Supra that we used all the time also.

I know you said you don't want to do it, but a canvas shop can make you one every bit as good as OEM for less money. Take a measurement, get them to cut you that sized piece of sunbrella in your choice of colors with a seam around the edge. Install the snaps yourself to match the location of the ones in the boat and you're done.

Did this with my old 205 and it was a life saver when it was cold outside.

I use mine all the time on my ps205 when it is cold. Usually one of the kids is balled up down in the walk way hiding. I like it because when it is closed and I have the back seat out I pretend I have a ps 190.

Ditto the above, really worth it when it's cold. I trailer with mine on. Keeps a lot of junk out of the boat.

Made one myself from sunbrella type waterproof canvas from Michael's. Cut to size, hem with sewing machine, installed SS snaps from ebay. Prob had $20 in total. Looks great the 2 times a year when I need it.

I made mine from clear pvc. Works great and there is no need to hem the edges. Just cut to size ,mark out and punch the holes for the snaps.

Having some down time recovering from shoulder surgery so I thought of some things to do inside for awhile. Starting to make a snap in walkthru cover out of vinyl with the help of my wife. It will be double sided with MasterCraft embroidered front of it. Couple of pictures with the progress. I think she does pretty good work.:)

Just had a new one made at a local upholstery shop from a nice sunbrella type fabric for a mere $45.

Nicely done. Inever used the one on my 197 but use the fiberglass door on my 214 all the time. I assume I use my 214 much more such that I need it.

Wow, that is a great idea! In this neck of the woods we use the wind break all the time. I might have to get mine embroidered. Thanks for the pictures.

SOLD! How much for mine?

That really polishes off the boat nicely.

Otherwise one may have to make one out of plastic/wood window shutter with movable louvers and held in place with magnets/velcro to store under seat.
Sometimes stuff needs to stay there vs slide back into cockpit during "throttle up".
