Click User CP at the top of the page. On the left side at the bottom, there's a buddy list/ignore list link. Click it. Type the name into the ignore list on the right-hand column and presto. It blocks the posts completely. It's beautiful and I know 100% certain that I'm not missing a thing. :)

Just counting down the minutes till I can bug out of here and carve up the lake with the family!!

By the way my weekend project is to install lifters under my springs and slide the axle over 1/4". Dad pointed out an obvious tip...remove the boat first for a lighter trailer and easier access.

Anyone else doing some boat work this weekend?

You're welcome. Beer's on me. Shame more of the under 18 crowd can't be more like "Mastercrafting." That kid was no more than 15, but was a great contributor to this site.

The troll will take on other names/forms, but as far as I know, the ignore feature can handle as much as I can throw at it.

I haven't felt compelled to respond to the troll. That's step 2.

Precisely, responding is the problem. Just resist the temptation.

If you must to talk to him, load his inbox up with PMs.

It's so easy to spot when it's a genuine question and when it's what we've got now.

The mods are watching.

Not necessary. I've got a place to get my fix here. I'm just remembering BW3 fondly from my visits to the one in Rice Villiage, Houston.

Yeah, my sister pulled that one in the 70s (showed up on the morning they were scheduled to induce). Of course, in the 70s, they just gave the laboring mom some gin and all was good. :toast: ;)

I'm not much of a regular either.
Once the boat is winterized, I'm gone till' the new year.
I just hope I don't go through that "I'm selling it" next spring.
I feel pretty sure that's out of my system for good now...
