Hi, need to check brakes on my MC trailer and would like information on its assembly and maintenance. I have come across a manufacturer UFP and am wondering do these guys manufacture the brake components and supply to MC trailers? If not, any leads are appreciated
just to confirm I have a 2007 MC trailer with 4 wheel disc brake set up
cheers

If your brakes are UFP call them and they will tell you where to find a local dealer. My 2000 uses UFP and they gave me a local dealer who had everything I needed in stock for good prices. Look at the caliper for the UFP casting.

I think many Mastercraft trailers are built with the UFP brake components. My 2002 MC trailer has UFP parts. The logo UFP is stamped into the actuator housing just behind the hitch coupler, in front of the swing tongue.
Also search this forum for UFP, lots of threads.
See this link for UFP brake parts

Your 2007 MasterCraft trailer is not UFP. MasterCraft had a falling out with UFP quite some time ago and went to Reliable Production Machining and Welding for their components.

If you indeed have a MasterCraft trailer you should have a Reliable actuator (Reliable should be stamped on the actuator), Reliable hubs/axle and Kodiak calipers. At least that's what's on my trailer.
