ouch! my shoulder!

Well, I decided to barefoot behind a new x-14v after an offer from our local mc dealer , I must say seemed like a nice soft table back there for footing if anyone is interested in that boat. It was awesome!
So it was my own fault when I dug a toe and fell into my left shoulder
I don't think I tore anything as I have pretty good range of motion but it still is sore.
Has this happened to anyone else on here? Any recommendations on therapy etc? Figured I will take it easy and drive the remainder of the season if it stays sore.

thats too bad about the shoulder - good to hear about the boat - I just had both my shoulders operated on in the last two years followed by extensive physical therapy - Ice works for the swelling - other than that hit up the gym and work to strengthen the muscles. good luck
