I have an '08 MC tandem with disc brakes. The reservior is full and I have bled the brakes but the caliper wont push up to the disc...anyone have any ideas?? Any way to check/service the piston in the caliper assembly? Any assistance would be appreciated!

I would guess that the piston has seized in the caliper. I would try to get a C-clamp around the caliper and try to push the piston in to free it up. Not sure if this is the best method, but this is where I would start.

I had to rebuild both the brakes on my 1999 Tendem as well as the inertia hydraulic surge system. At one point, a portion of the brake line was a crimped line that occoured with the movement of the Folding Tounge.

I had my brakes pressure-bled with a pump at the trailer shop. Manually,I know they have to be bled from the furthest first and in some sort of order.

How did you bleed them? What year is yer trailer?

All sorted! I bled the brakes again and then I had trouble with the master cylinder but its all ok now! Thanks for your help!
