Okay, I know there were some issues of the vinyl cracking in 99 or 2000 (somebody correct me on the year), but what's the difference between what they were using in 01 and what they were using in the early 90s (and providing as replacement for early 90s boats). I clean and protect my vinyl, some of which is 13 years old. The white is nothing but white (knock wood).
I do have a pollen stain on the rear heat stamp, which was common. But it's never been quite so noticeable for me to worry about.

I agree that looks sweet! Still trying to find a good Vinyl cleaner though. Every week-end I get those faint little dark spots especially on the engine box cover. 303 is more of a dressing and not a cleaner.....right???

303 is the protectant (like a sunscreen).
Try fantastic if soap and water don't work. If neither of these work, try magic eraser by Mr. Clean.

Mag make sure you post your frequency of use if you go with 303, inquiring minds want to know :D :purplaugh

Yah, only if you want out-of-warranty work done on your upholstery. Still no answer to that question btw.

I guess if you make enough noise, it doesn't matter. Pink Lightening said he was using Simple Green.
/sorry, mag, that other response was to jrandol. I don't think ME is on the list, but supposedly it works well. Fantastik might be the ticket for a MC recommended product.

I actually did a ton of research today. I've beaten productivity quotas for the year a month early (our fiscal year ends in August). I've doubled the productivity of some of my coworkers. What can I say? I'm a multitasker.

Not at $52 per share. I'm going to wait 'til it splits before I buy more. Good performer for me though. :)

Hey, my boat has pink stripes on the seats! Oh never mind, I ordered them that way. Actually it's more of a fuscia. Do you think MC will replace my skins under warranty since fuscia has gone out of style? Actually I think I'll just keep it the way it is since every fashion trend eventually comes back in style.
I used a bucket of very warm water and a scoop of laundry detergent, along with a stiff-bristled brush to clean my interior. Now even the pink (I mean fuscia) is bright again. I am a recent convert to 303 (although I don't think I'll change my avatar), so I've been using Armor All and Formula 2001 (from Turtle Wax) for the past 11 years. My light gray (ordered it that way because white was too much of a pain to keep clean) interior still looks like new (except for the stain on the rear seat from the Team MC mesh bag). I used the MC GMP vinyl protector last time around, and it really looked good (can't testify as to how well it protects).

O.K. I'm quitting now. Just thought you should get used to being peed on. :D
Actually I just wanted to jump off the "Let's beat up Pink Lightning" bandwagon; it was getting way too crowded.

Dumped Take Two Interactive the other day thanks to Congress and bought Microsoft. Glad I did. Google's a bit to pricey for me at the moment.

Kinda dumb but put a damp towel down on the surfaces that she's slippping on. This has helped traction on my seats. Also I've had to tell people that if they don't like how slick the seats are then use them for their purpose SITTING!. So don't walk on the seats!

I don't think he was talking about his wife "walking" on the seat.....
maybe that's just how my mind works though...

For some reason, I don't think that he was insinuating that she slipped while walking on the seats.........:D
edit.........oops, Stuart beat me to it.

Great idea loeweb I will try that, I guess the same would apply to the abrasive nature of the carpet? Towel? :D
