We have a 2004 X-Star that we're wanting to slowly replace all of the seats in and would like to know who makes the seats for MC so that we can order a "factory-new" interior. Thanks in advance.

MasterCraft makes their own seats.

I don't know when the cutoff is for getting replacement vinyl, but I'd be willing to bet you are past it. There are some good companies out there, however, that do a fantastic job with replicating the original vinyl.
For Example:

I heard the cut off was moving to 10 years.

What about the vinyl itself? I misunderstood my dad and we are actually just wanting the vinyl so that a friend of ours can re-upholster our seats without getting a full seat replaced.

I believe the vinyl is made by G&T.

I believe I would redo mine in the stuff they are using now.
