I have a 2003 mastercraft x30. The prop is a left hand rotating prop. I bought a acme prop, direct and the guy sent me a right hand prop. Sure enough forward was reverse and reverse was forward.
Acme said he thought all mastercrafts were right and rotation and he was shocked that mine was left. Then he sent the left which was great.

It seems that the wake is more crisp on the right (drivers side). Any other x30 owners with left hand rotation??? If so what is your suggestion for a crisp wake behind the passenger side?

So did you get the exact same prop that was previously on the boat or did you upgrade to new pitch/size. If you ent with a new more aggressive prop sometimes the torque I found on several different boats has to be compensated for.......so you may need to just add a little weight to balance it out more.

I had to do that when I upgraded my prop to at the time "wake prop" when I went from the stock Oj to the new Acme "super prop" back then.

Who at Acme said that? Maybe Bill hadn't had his coffee yet?
