It is pretty funny, but for the west coasters saying what we have is no big deal consider that this year we've had severe blizzards, a tornado, a 100 mph "microburst", an earthquake and now we have a hurricane coming in. only thing we're missing now is a volcano

Use to live way up in Nor Cal. My wife worried about earth quakes. One one of my better days, I responded with "what are you worried about earth quakes for when you live between two active volcanos". :) I guess I won the sensitivity award on that one.

You have plenty to worry about, but earth quakes are pretty low down on the list. When I lived in SoCal we slept through most of the 6+ quakes. Now the 8+ shakers were something to talk about.

Oh i'm definitely not worried about them, just saying when you mix one of those in with a tornado and hurricane, all in a 2 month span it keeps things interesting.
