Hey, I could use some help!

As I get going and it starts getting bumpy my motor and electronics starts to shut off. I thought it was loose ground wire. I tightened the wire on the transmission and the block. Not it.
I then thought it was a bad ignition switch and/or kill switch. I replaced both. Not it.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

The ground may need to be removed cleaned or even replaced all together. Just tightening it may not be sufficient.

Tightening dirty terminals sometimes just makes them tight while not decreasing resistance. I would clean and re-tighten all my heavy terminals and grounds. The I would start playing shake the wire with the boat not running. If nothing feels or acts loose---I would play shake the wire with the boat in the water.

there is a big plug under the dash. mine has zip ties holding it together. before the zip ties. sometimes it would work loose. and the boat would shut down. check that plug also.

there are about 10 wires on it.
