The clock in my 209 is really loose. I looked behind and it appears that I need to remove the entire dash face to tighten it as the rear side has fiberglass covering that portion of the dash. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I believe the dash is the same as mine so here goes...
Completely pop out the black plastic rivets holding down the top rear portion of the dash. On the under side of the dash on each side of the steering wheel there are two small black screws. Remove the screws. Put the tilt steering wheel in it's lowest position and work the dash free in an upward and rearward motion. Not a whole lot of room, but I installed a Perfect Pass gauge and a stereo remote this way. You can pretty much lift the dash high enough to rest the lower portion on the lowered steering wheel. Good luck!

Thanks,
It is always better to enter a task with some of the speedbumps identified.
