1990 maristar sometimes it turns over and starts right up and other times it wont turn over at all. It will turn over and start right up if I jump a screwdriver across the selenoid with the key in the run position. (fyi has a new battery and selinoid)

COuld be lots of different things. What year and model is your MC? Start with that here on the site and you're more likely to get some response. Also, more detail on what its doing if you have it.

I'd guess bad starter relay, cheap and easy to fix. Could also be a bad ignition switch or intermittant bad connection in the ignition wiring.

Good luck,

Also could be a ground issue

Check the neutral safety switch. You can jumper this out also just make sure it is in neutral.
